TOBB Bynesveien

Munkaunet Vest is situated on Bynesveien on the outskirts of Trondheim, near Trolla, with Bymarka as its neighbour and panoramic views of the fjord. The housing development for the TOBB Housing Association comprises 27 flats in low-rise blocks set above a communal underground car park.

The flats were built using modules assembled on site, and each flat has balconies that make the most of the views and natural light. The project was carried out as a turnkey contract with Backe Trondheim.
