Narvik Brannstasjon

This was a competition entry in which we redesigned REC’s former premises in Narvik to house Ofoten Fire and Rescue, Narvik Roads and Parks, and Narvik Water. The project encompassed administrative areas, staff accommodation, essential operational functions and infrastructure, as well as indoor parking for large vehicles such as wheel loaders, road graders, etc. Here, we focused on making the best possible use of the existing building stock to ensure the efficient operation of the fire station and shared facilities with Water, Roads and Parks.
