Bunnpris Jakobsli

The detailed zoning plan covers the plots along Jakobslivegen and Tunvegen at Jakobsli in Trondheim, where Bunnpris has an older store at a junction. The plan combines them into one block with a new grocery store at street level and 20 to 25 apartments in two three-storey buildings above a base floor. The city council adopted the plan in January 2025.

Goods delivery and turning space have a separate part of the site, apart from customers and other traffic. Parking is placed in a basement, so the outdoor areas can be used by the residents. The facades and volumes are varied to fit the building to the surrounding detached houses, and the store is meant to bring activity to the street. The firm has worked on the plan for I K Lykke AS since 2018.
