Our work begins by defining how the building will be used. Function, flow, technical systems, working and living environments and future change are resolved as part of one integrated design process.

We start with what will happen inside the building. The process drives the floor plan, and a building that serves its use works from day one.

We have designed production facilities, commercial buildings and homes since 1964. In a plant, the flow, the hygienic zones and the capacity reserves decide the layout; in a home, it is daily life. Architecture and technical design sit with a single party, and the office holds central approval as responsible applicant and designer. That lets us stay with the project from the first sketch to the completion certificate, including the largest and most complex facilities.

We are independent. The office is a pure design practice and represents the client alone. Our advice is based on what the project needs, and the choice of contractors and suppliers is entirely yours.

The same people throughout. The people who produce the first sketches follow the project to the finished building. Context carries from feasibility study to construction documentation, and decision paths are short.

We design for operation. A building has to work for decades. We build in room for change, technical routing that stays accessible, and expansion that lets operations carry on.
